Who we are
Built for the
intelligent era.
Chainbook exists to give professionals and businesses across Africa the technology edge they deserve — intelligent, accessible, and built to last.
01 — Vision
A world where every business runs on
intelligent systems.
We envision a future where small enterprises, professionals, and growing organisations across Africa have the same calibre of intelligent software as the world's leading companies — without the complexity or cost.
02 — Mission
To build software that
drives smart decisions.
We design and deliver purpose-built systems — property management, loan tracking, financial accounting — that automate the mundane, surface the meaningful, and empower our clients to act with confidence.
Integrity
We build with honesty and hold ourselves accountable to the clients and communities we serve.
Precision
Every feature we ship is deliberate — engineered to solve real problems with clarity and care.
Impact
We measure success by the growth and efficiency we unlock for the professionals who trust us.
Meet our founder
Suprise Nkosi
Founder, Chainbook
“Businesses can only make smart decisions when they have intelligent systems in place.”
Suprise holds a BCom Accounting degree from the University of the Witwatersrand and brings over eight years of hands-on software development experience. It is the rare intersection of these two disciplines — financial rigour and engineering precision — that became the foundation of Chainbook.
He founded Chainbook on a single conviction: that African professionals deserve world-class business software. Drawing on his background in accounting, financial services, and systems design, he set out to close the gap between ambition and capability — building tools that give businesses the clarity they need to make truly smart decisions.
Today, Chainbook is building the infrastructure that empowers accountants, psychologists, GPs, hoteliers, and financial advisors to run their practices with confidence — one intelligent system at a time.
